Woven Tapes
Standard programmesTo provide 0° and 90° reinforcement to your component we have two programs made for you in several fibers like: Carbon, Aramid, Glass, Hybrids.
Besides the composite reinforcements, there are a lot of thermoplastic woven tapes for customer specific woven tapes.
The composite is program is split in 2 groups :
- UD / Unidirectional tapes (reinforcement in warp/length direction)
- 0/90 woven tapes ( reinforcement in 0/warp and 90/weft degrees)
The woven tapes are available in several widths from 12,5mm to 120mm and can be delivered on rolls of 50 to 100 meters.
Thickness is calculated at 50% fiber volume fraction.
